If you are simply opening BigWave to add
a note or custom field value, and you know the site id or work order number
(which you likely do), then the fastest way to navigate to the work order is to use the quick search in the
upper right hand corner.
Set the drop down to 'Work Order' and enter
either the work order id or site id. A list of matching work orders are
displayed. Choose the correct one and enter your information.
You can find work orders by entering a site id. Notice in the results that are displayed below, a search on the work order field for '919' returns 4 records. Two of the records have 919 in their work order numbers and the other two have 919 in their site id's.
