BigWave provides a variety of tools to help you work more efficiently in the system.
For example, one good way to work across multiple projects is to make sure you are assigned on the Project Team for each project you are working in (Project area/Setup button/Project Team topic).
After you are listed for the various project teams, on your home page you will see a link for My Items/Projects. This will show a list of projects for which you are a team member. This way you don't have to cull through the entire list of projects just to get to the one you need.
